Shipping & Delivery

We try to keep all products in stock but sometimes orders will need to be processed through manufacturing. If you have any concerns or need the products right away please try one of the other Avant dealers inthe US os send us an e-mail via the contact page requesting information about the stock status of the product you`re interested on before placing the order. It`s important to understand that this is not a hobby store that also ships online. This is a factory support online store and as such is not setup for fast shipping or off-the-shelf order processing. Again if you`re looking for an Avant part you should try first with the dealers for your country. It`s very likely that you will get much faster shipping from them because that`s their main purpose unlike ours which is a support online store. This store is also intended to service special needs like spare parts for discontinued products or for people that have no dealer in their country or are on a need to get a part that`s not in stock anywhere else.


All shipments go to the billing address. If you need to ship to a different address other than the billing address of the credit card used in the transaction your shipping may be delayed because of verification requirements. At a minimum the billing and shipping need to be in the same city. We encourage our customers to use the same billing address for shipping as it speeds up the shipping process. We reseve the right to refuse shipping to any address we decide not to ship to for any reason we deem necessary.

NOTE: CarbonXtreme ships to addresses in the 50 United States,  with the following exceptions:

· Hotels / Motels, etc.
· Trade Shows / Conventions / Conferences
· APO / FPO addresses
· Freight Forwarders

UPS (United Parcel Service) will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. If you require your product to go to a P.O. Box you will receive it in approximately 3-5 business days via United States Postal Service.

Refused Shipments:The quickest way for us to be able to handle a pre-authorized return for you is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days. If you refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company and might not get back to us for 1 or 2 weeks. We cannot process your until we receive the product. If you refuse shipment, your shipping will still not be refunded, it will only delay your credit for your purchase. On all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs. Of course, if the shipment is a result of a CarbonXtreme error, we will issue a credit for all shipping and handling fees, and the product once it is returned to CarbonXtreme. If through no fault of CarbonXtreme the shipment is refused, we will charge your account these outbound and returning inbound shipping and handling fees to recover the expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee. 
 
Privacy & Security
Because we value our customers and respect their privacy, all personal information provided for order processing is used only to ensure a trouble free and enjoyable e-commerce experience for you. Your information is intended solely for use by our customer service department in their pursuit of achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. We promise NEVER to sell any list containing customer information of any sort.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer. Explanation of Security Features  We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which is an industry standard and one of the best security encryption protocols available today for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name and address, so that they cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. At CarbonXtreme, we stay informed of developments on the Internet and on Internet security so that we can ensure that our security software is always the latest and most up to date.  Note: An additional "security" feature is that we will ship only to the address that your bank has on file for the credit card you are using. This means that if someone other than you tries to use your credit card number, they will not be able to order and receive those goods. If for any reason you want an item to be shipped to some address other than your credit card address, a customer representative will contact you by telephone as a final check before the item is shipped. All of your personal information is used only to ensure the smooth processing of orders that you have placed. Our staff uses this information mainly for contacting customers in our ongoing business to ensure good customer service. Passwords offer additional protection. Once you have an account and a password, purchasing products and checking the status of your order becomes even simpler--as simple as typing in your email address and password. The use of your password ensures that only you can order products under your name. 
 
Pre-authorized returns & Replacements
We are not responsible for lost or damage returned package. Please send any package with a Pre-authorized return Authorization and with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, insurance is highly recommended. REFUND policy: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and a minimum of 10% restocking fee applies to ALL refunds. In general, the credit or refund MUST be requested within 7 days from the receipt date. After 7 days, credit will be issued from the original price or the market value whichever is lower AND less 15% restocking fee. Otherwise, the product can be replace or exchange for warranty.
All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department and an RMA number nust be assigned to it prior to sending them to us. Items sent back to CarbonXtreme must be returned complete, in original package. Deductions will be applied to the amount of credit you receive for RMA items due to damaged, missing or unusable items (other than defects).
Please ship the package w/insurance & freight prepaid. We will refuse any package w/COD, incomplete info/Document & NO RMA #. Any amounts refunded to purchases done with Credit cards will be credited back to the credit card only.For items returned after 15 days a 15% restocking fee will be applied. No returns, refunds or partial credits will be allowed after 30 days.

REQUIRED steps for all returns:
1. A copy of the e-mail invoice or receipt with your name and shipping address
2. Customer is fully responsible to ship back the product with Delivery confirmation for the warranty. Insurance is not required but highly recommended.
3. Mark "attention: REFUND" on outside of the package and the RMA number you received in the pre-authorization.
4. A note describes the situation and requests for refund. If approved we will credit to your account immediately when we receive the items.

Important note: All warranty exchanges are FOB NV. Customer pays all shipping charges for warranty exchanges. 
 
Children
CarbonXtreme does not sell products for purchase by children. If a product is going to be bought for the use by children/`s it must be bought only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian agrees to release CarbonXtreme, it/`s parent company and subsidiaries from any liability or damages caused by the use of our products by those children.
 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We never charge any credit card until the order is ready to ship and only for the parts that are being shipped.

We currently accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Diners Club. There will be no surcharge for the use of credit cards. Please make sure that your shipping address and phone number are included in your order. WE DO NOT SHIP COD (Cash On Delivery). We cannot guarantee immediate availability of the product at the time we receive your payment document.
If your product is being shipped to Nevada, please add to the total amount before shipping the Nevada Sales Tax for your county. 
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, there is no charge involved. BACKORDER POLICY
BACKORDER POLICY  If the product you have ordered is unavailable for shipping at the time of the transaction it will be placed in the production list and once it becomes available it will be shipped. You credit card won/`t be charges until the product is ready to ship but we reserve the right to request a pre-authorization from the credit card company to guarantee a production order. Many backordered items are restocked within 4 - 120 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know by replying to the order e-mail you received from us. If no cancellation is received your order will ship as soon as it's available and your credit card charged accordingly.
 
CONTACT FORM POLICY
When contacting us please explain in detail what you need help with in an organized manner. If it's regarding an order please include the order number and date of purchase. Please be courteous and polite when you ask for help. Emails to us with any libelous, defamatory, offensive, racist or obscene remarks will be ignored and no reply will be sent back. Please communicate with others in a respectful and corteous way. Our customer service representatives are not there to be abused but to be of help to you. We rather not have a person as a customer if that person doesn't know how to behave respectfully in communications with others.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information of any kind, CarbonXtreme shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If an item/`s correct price at the time of the order is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item/`s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish. While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, CarbonXtreme shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CarbonXtreme shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
